My Motorola Wont Download Picture Messages

I've just gotten Windows 10 on a new laptop and am trying to create an easy way to check my two emails (gmail and Verizon.net). I've loaded both accounts but with the Verizon account, when the emails show up, each and every one says, 'Download messages and pictures' and then has an amount (33KB, 6.3KB). When I click the 'download messages' link, it acts as if it's downloading something (the continuing dots on the top), but nothing happens.

My Picture Messages Wont Download

I've deleted the account and reloaded again. I've googled options and can't seem to find anything else to do?

This account is my primary account and I REALLY need to be able to use this feature; otherwise, Outlook is NOT for me and I'm very disappointed about that. Please HELP?

Samsung Messages wont download MMS messages [HELP]

The Samsung stock messenger doesn't download multimedia messages and it seems, doesn't even receive group texts.. When I try to download a mms it says 'message expired or not available'.

Why Won't My Htc Download Picture Messages

Ive tried clearing my cache, deleting all of my messages, turning off auto retrieve.. Nothing is working..

I also have Textra and it has none of these problems but I need the stock messenger so I con combine it with my gear watch..

Please help me. I'm so lost at this point.
